Flat Rock Cellars Niagara Peninsula

This winery specializes in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. The quality is tops and the bottles are easy to open (screwcaps). They are high tech with gravity production facilities and a geo thermal heating systems under their pond They were very generous in giving access to film for which I very much appreciate it.

Inniskillen Winery Niagara on the Lake

This winery is one of the older more established wineries. For the longest time it was run by two Icons of Canadian wine Donald Ziraldo and Karl Kaiser. These two had the forsight to see the potential for the Niagara Penninsula in making world class wines and made it happen.

Strewn Winery Niagara on the Lake

In our experience this winery is especially strong in Riesling and Gewurztraminer. It is a nicely landscaped property which offers a cooking school and a very pleasant restaurant.

Cypress Hills Vineyard and Winery

Saskatchewan's only grape vineyard. They actually grow their own grapes
and and made a wine with it. They also make fruit wines.
